Juanita’s Reflections on Belize

This book by Juanita “Nena” Rudon-Beeke (PHS Class of 1969) is about the Belize she knew when growing up and the Belize she lived in coming back as an expat. It is also about the political issues the country finds itself in and the many heinous crimes committed within.

Juanita did not intend the book to have such an ominous title—she submitted the draft copy entitled Belize then ‘n’ now, but the publisher changed the name.
